Trial Attorney - Criminal Defense

We are seeking a Trial Attorney – Criminal Defense to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced litigators and newer attorneys eager to gain hands-on courtroom experience with mentorship from seasoned defense lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases from intake through trial or resolution.
• Represent clients in court for arraignments, hearings, plea negotiations, and trials.
• Draft motions, legal briefs, and case strategy materials.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with a supportive legal team focused on results and excellence.

Qualifications

• Texas Bar License required and in good standing.
• Trial experience preferred but not required – training provided.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$120,000+ DOE, plus performance and trial bonuses.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
