Trophy Brewing & Pizza High Volume Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to provide accurate information to guests

- Exceptional guest relations skills to provide outstanding customer service

- Familiarity with food service regulations and proper food handling techniques

- Experience using Toast POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus

- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff

- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment if necessary
