Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Prepare smoothies and food items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for orders and payments
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to keep the café well-equipped for daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, café, or retail environments is preferred but not required; barista or coffee experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in serving or food preparation roles within the food industry is beneficial
