Tropical Smoothies & café - Full/Part time - Hiring Crew Members - Batavia, NY

Be part of a fast growing franchise, Tropical Smoothie Café at developed Café in Batavia, NY! We're looking for fun, energetic crew members to help us spread the sunshine. We blend fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. Our mission is to inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies…with a bit of tropical fun.

Includes:
~taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system

~making food and smoothies

~prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing

~stocking and clean-up

Must have reliable transportations, ability to provide unparalleled hospitality to our customers, and ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments
• Proficient in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
