Sales Agent – Truck Dispatch Campaign (On-site | Lahore)

Recruiffy, a professional recruitment and staffing firm, is hiring Sales Agents for a USA Truck Dispatch Campaign on behalf of our client in the USA Truck Transportation industry.

Important: This role is strictly related to USA Trucking services. Candidates from supply chain, warehouse logistics, customs, or import/export backgrounds should not apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and professional Sales Agents to generate and close sales for USA truck dispatch services through cold calling and outbound sales activities. This role is performance-driven and offers strong commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cold calling to USA-based trucking companies
• Promote and sell truck dispatch services
• Convert prospects into active sales accounts
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and sales records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Junior, Mid, or Senior-level candidates may apply
• Fluent English verbal communication is mandatory
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales, OR willingness to perform cold calls voluntarily
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a professional on-site office environment

Compensation & Incentives

• Basic Salary: Up to PKR 60,000
• Commission: PKR 10,000–15,000 per active sale
