Truck Dispatcher

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating truck routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with drivers. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and schedule truck routes to drivers.
• Monitor and track deliveries in real-time to ensure on-time performance.
• Communicate with drivers to provide support and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of truck schedules, deliveries, and routes.
• Provide clear and concise updates to management regarding delivery status.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with trucking operations and logistics is a plus.
