Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher with at least 1 year of dispatching experience to join our team. You will coordinate and manage our fleet to ensure timely deliveries, efficient operations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Monitor and track vehicles using GPS and other tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery logs, and driver reports.
• Troubleshoot problems such as delays, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns to minimize disruption.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of truck dispatching experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing, logistics, and transportation operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and dispatch software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transportation is a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
