Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage freight operations, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in US or local dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks efficiently based on load requirements
• Communicate with drivers and brokers to manage schedules and routes
• Negotiate rates with brokers and clients
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and payments
• Handle any delivery issues or delays proactively

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck dispatcher
• Experience with load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) preferred
• Strong English communication skills (especially for US-based dispatching)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
