Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, procedures, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer support in a professional manner.

- Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
