Truck Dispatcher-Onsite

• Coordinate and dispatch field staff, drivers, or service teams in response to service requests and schedules
• Monitor and track fleet movements and ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Communicate job assignments, updates, and changes to relevant personnel in real-time
• Maintain accurate logs of dispatches, deliveries, routes, and service records
• Liaise between clients, management, and field teams to resolve issues promptly
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally; relay critical information accurately
• Use dispatch software or communication tools to manage and document operations
• Escalate urgent situations and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review
• Bachelor's degree or intermediate (FA/FSc) — relevant experience preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
