Truck Dispatcher (partnership)

Hiring: Truck Dispatcher (Profit Sharing Partnership)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics operation on a profit-sharing partnership basis.
This is a great opportunity for dispatchers who want to earn based on performance rather than a fixed salary and grow with a dedicated team.

Role Responsibilities:
Find and book high-paying loads for trucks
Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
Plan routes and manage driver schedules
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Handle all dispatch-related communication and paperwork Compensation:
Profit-sharing model (no fixed salary)
Higher earnings potential based on performance
Transparent and mutually agreed profit split

Requirements:
Prior truck dispatching experience preferred
