Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Carrier Onboarding & Sales Representative to join our growing USA truck dispatching company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting trucking carriers in the USA, collecting MC details from FMCSA/SAFER databases, and onboarding carriers to work with our dispatching company.

Key Responsibilities

* Search and collect carrier MC numbers from FMCSA/SAFER databases daily

* Contact trucking companies and owner-operators via phone calls

* Explain company services and onboard carriers with our dispatching company

* Maintain carrier records and follow-up data

* Build professional relationships with carriers

* Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets

Requirements

* Excellent English communication and calling skills

* Experience in cold calling or sales is preferred 6 months minimum

* Basic knowledge of USA trucking/dispatch industry is a plus

* Ability to work in night shift hours

* Strong confidence and convincing skills

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Truck Dispatcher to manage freight operations for USA-based trucking companies. The dispatcher will coordinate with drivers, brokers, and shippers to ensure smooth load booking and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

* Book loads from load boards and brokers

* Negotiate freight rates with brokers

* Manage driver schedules and dispatch operations

* Track shipments and provide updates to customers/drivers

* Handle paperwork and maintain dispatch records

* Solve operational issues efficiently

Requirements

* Experience in USA truck dispatching preferred 6 months minimum

* Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads

* Good English speaking and writing skills

* Ability to work night shifts
