Truck Dispatcher Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and confident Truck Dispatcher Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities, the confidence to handle clients and drivers, and the willingness to learn dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers and clients professionally
• Coordinate and manage truck loads and schedules
• Handle pressure and solve operational issues quickly
• Negotiate and convince brokers/customers effectively
• Maintain daily dispatch records and updates
• Learn dispatch software and logistics procedures
• Support the dispatch team in daily operations

• Sales experience/workers will be preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in sales, customer dealing, or call center work will be given preference.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
