Truck Dispatcher (U.S. Based Operations)

We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, knowledge of the U.S. trucking market, and the ability to build long-term relationships with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads for drivers through DAT, TruckStop, or other load boards.
• Negotiate rates and maintain communication with brokers and drivers.
• Track shipments, update clients, and resolve any on-road issues.
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery and maximize driver efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
• Familiarity with load boards, broker communication, and dispatch software.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple trucks and work under pressure.
