Location: On-site, Opp. Amannah Mall, Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Rs. 70,000 – 100,000 + High Commissions

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on U.S. dispatch experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage freight operations professionally. You will be responsible for booking loads, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely and smooth deliveries across the United States.

This role is ideal for dispatch professionals looking for stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and dispatch drivers for U.S. freight loads
  • Coordinate with brokers, drivers, and clients in a professional manner
  • Use load boards and dispatch software to book/manage freight
  • Track routes and resolve real-time delivery or scheduling issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trip logs, and compliance records

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) — mandatory
  • Minimum 8 months of U.S. Truck Dispatch experience — required
  • Strong knowledge of load boards and dispatch tools
  • Excellent negotiation, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  • Computer literate, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
