Shift: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Earnings

• Basic Salary: PKR 55,000 – 80,000
• High performance-based commissions

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage U.S. freight operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for professionals who can independently book loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate drivers while ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage freight using major U.S. load boards
• Assign, schedule, and dispatch drivers efficiently
• Negotiate competitive and profitable rates with brokers
• Communicate clearly with brokers, shippers, and drivers
• Track shipments, monitor routes, and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and compliance records

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8 months of hands-on U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Solid understanding of U.S. load boards, dispatch systems, and FMCSA basics
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, and dispatch software
• Available for the 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM night shift
