Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to handle end-to-end dispatch operations for American trucking companies. This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. load boards, broker negotiations, and driver coordination.

The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple loads, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and book loads using U.S. load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Dispatch drivers and manage daily routes and schedules
• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers
• Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers throughout the trip
• Monitor load progress and resolve delays or issues
• Maintain dispatch records, rate confirmations, and basic compliance logs

Requirements

• Minimum 8 months of U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics and dispatch workflow
• Familiarity with FMCSA basics and load documentation
• Good negotiation, time management, and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, dispatch software)
• Available for night shift and on-site work in Lahore
