Truck Dispatcher - USA Campaign

This is a full-time on-site position for a Truck Dispatcher. The role involves overseeing and arranging trucking operations, maintaining communication with drivers and customers. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team for the evening shift. This office-based role involves coordinating logistics by communicating with truck drivers and brokers through calls and communications.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate has to go through proper training session.
• The candidate has to learn the attractive welcome call to cater client needs
• Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
• The candidate should know, how to manage calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
• The candidate will learn about dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices .
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery times, and driver performance
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Optimise routes for cost-efficiency and timely delivery
• Coordinate with freight brokers and third-party carriers when needed
