Truck Dispatcher- USA Compaign

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site job for a Truck Dispatcher. The role includes dispatching and scheduling loads, communicating effectively with drivers and customers, monitoring shipment status, and making sure freight reaches destinations on time. The dispatcher will also manage clerical duties and keep accurate operational data.

Salary Structure
Experienced Dispatch Professionals: PKR 40,000 to PKR 65,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus commission

Qualifications

• Clear communication and interpersonal strengths
• Multitasking ability with strong prioritization skills
• Good knowledge of logistics, trucking, and transport systems
• Proficiency in dispatch applications and GPS tracking tools
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
• Previous exposure to the logistics/trucking industry is advantageous
• High school qualification required; professional certifications desirable

Pay
Up to PKR 65,000.00 per month
10% of gross commission
