Truck Dispatcher - USA Market

DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCED ONLY – USA MARKET)

We are hiring experienced Truck Dispatchers only who can perform from Day 1. No training and no fresh candidates. This is a performance-driven role in a highly competitive market.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Proven monthly revenue generated in previous company
• Number of trucks handled and equipment types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.)
• Last 12 months performance and targets achieved
• Fluent English with strong communication & coordination with carriers/brokers
• Strong grip on paperwork, rate confirmations & weekly route planning
• Experience with avg gross per truck, lanes, and partial load booking
• Ability to handle conflicts, negotiations & weekly revenue planning

Performance Expectations:

• Company will provide carriers/clients — dispatcher must deliver results from Day 1
• Minimum target: $1,000 revenue in Month 1

Salary:

• 70K–250K OTE (market average is 50K–90K OTE)
• Salary is negotiable for high-performing dispatchers

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
