Truck Driver

Title: Truck Driver

Department: Operations Location: Abilene, TX and the surrounding area

Position Summary:

The majority of our sites are within a 75-mile radius of Abilene, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

• Move equipment and pipe to and from leases
• Obey all traffic laws when driving the Truck or other company vehicles
• Inform administrative staff of any tickets received whether on or off the clock that would impact CDL
• Ability to secure loads
• Ability to identify oversize loads with appropriate signs and flags
• Assist in directing the loading and unloading of truck and accept responsibility for loan position and securement
• Maintain a valid CDL
• Perform Pre and Post Trip inspections
• Maintain all documentation regarding vehicle and loads

Job Requirements:

• Monday through Friday with little to no overnight travel
• Knowledge of oil equipment weights, strengths, and the safe distribution of the equipment on trucks and trailers
• Knowledge of safety and security issues and regulations.
• Work outside in the heat or cold
• CDL
• 10 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
