Truck Driver

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving and Delivery: Operating heavy trucks over long distances, adhering to schedules for pickup and delivery.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing mandatory pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections (checking oil, tires, fluid levels) and conducting minor repairs or reporting maintenance needs.
• Cargo Management: Supervising or performing the loading/unloading of goods, ensuring cargo is secured and that the quality of goods is maintained during transport.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to traffic laws, federal/state regulations, weight restrictions, and mandatory rest periods.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate electronic or paper logs of hours of service (HOS), miles driven, fuel consumption, and tolls.
• Communication: Reporting accidents, delays, or traffic issues to dispatchers.
• Route Planning: Utilizing GPS and navigation systems to optimize routes and avoid trip delays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Truck Driver: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Truck Driving License (Required)
