TRUCK MIXER

Job Summary

The Truck Mixer Driver is responsible for safely operating a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to various construction sites. The role requires careful driving, proper handling of the mixer drum, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the truck mixer in compliance with traffic rules and company policies.
• Transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to designated sites on time.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, oil, mixer drum, etc.).
• Maintain the cleanliness of the truck mixer at all times.
• Ensure the concrete mix is properly churned and delivered in the required slump/quality.
• Communicate with dispatchers, site supervisors, and batching plant personnel.
• Load and unload concrete material following safety standards.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Report any mechanical issues or delays immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Qatar license).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Truck Mixer Driver.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and road regulations.
• Ability to handle long working hours and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and responsible with a good safety record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ready-mix or construction industry.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy vehicles.
