Truck Sourcing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sourcing Executive to manage and hire marketplace trucks for client deployments. The role involves sourcing vehicles through calls, WhatsApp coordination, and market networking to ensure timely truck availability based on operational requirements.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and hire marketplace trucks based on daily operational requirements.
• Contact truck owners and drivers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and networking channels.
• Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring service quality and compliance.
• Maintain a database of active truck suppliers and owner-operators.
• Ensure timely deployment of trucks as per client schedules.
• Coordinate documentation, driver details, and vehicle information before dispatch.
• Follow up on truck movements and support operations during active trips.
• Build long-term relationships with transport partners and fleet owners.
• Monitor market rates and provide updates to the operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in transport sourcing, fleet operations, or logistics coordination.
• Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi (Mandatory).
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and WhatsApp coordination.
• Good understanding of trucking operations and marketplace dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking deployments.
• Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
