Truck to Truck Supervisor Summary

We’re looking for a Truck to Truck (TTT) Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee daily TTT drum management, making sure transfers are done safely, on time, and in full compliance with DOT and company requirements. You’ll also supervise a team of TTT Technicians, help resolve issues, and keep everything moving smoothly at the facility.

$24-$27 hour

What You Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • DOT and Manifest training with strong knowledge of regulations.
  • Comfortable using Windows-based systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Supervisory experience a plus!

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day drum transfers and make sure all deadlines are met (including 10-day compliance periods).
  • Work with management on DOT and compliance issues that may impact operations.
  • Coordinate with Corporate and National Logistics on carrier and equipment needs.
  • Keep TTT transfer systems (Outlook, Power Suite, logs) updated quickly and accurately.
  • Handle material movement — offloading, palletizing, reloading — with a forklift.
  • Inspect and secure all containers for outbound shipment.
  • Lead and support TTT Technicians with training, scheduling, and feedback.
  • Step in on any other duties needed to keep the operation safe and efficient.
