Position Overview:
As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating freight operations, managing driver schedules, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift
• Afternoon Shift
• Overnight Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers and assign loads efficiently
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates
• Handle scheduling, delays, and problem-solving on the road
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in trucking dispatching (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of load boards and dispatch systems preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
