Truckload Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will be essential in coordinating logistics and ensuring timely freight delivery. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core skills in dispatching, communication, and analysis will enable you to manage transportation effectively. You will utilize premium skills in transportation management systems and GPS technology to optimize routes and improve efficiency. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, along with relevant experience in data entry and fleet management, will support our organization's commitment to seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Daily load and route planning
• Bidding on broker boards throughout shift
• Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner
• Communicating with Customers daily by phone and email
• Dispatching of 50+ drivers daily
• 10 hour shifts M-F (weekends are rotated between dispatchers)
• Transportation/Dispatch experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows, Excel, and Truckmate Dispatch Software)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
• Day Shift and Evening Shift

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
