Trust Lawyer

Job Description:
Provide legal advice on trusts, estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer. Draft and manage trust documents, advise trustees and beneficiaries, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and amend trust agreements and estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on trust structures, asset protection, and inheritance planning.
• Guide trustees on fiduciary duties and trust administration.
• Handle probate, estate settlement, and trust-related legal matters.
• Resolve disputes involving trusts, estates, and beneficiaries.
• Ensure compliance with relevant trust, tax, and estate laws.
• Oversee AML/CFT compliance, including CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and go AML reporting.
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and family offices as needed.

Qualifications for a Trust & Estates Attorney:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Russian speaker is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, or private client services
• Strong knowledge of trust, estate, probate, tax, and succession laws.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
