A growing trusts and estates practice is seeking a Trust Litigation Attorney in Tustin, CA, to independently manage complex probate, trust litigation, and conservatorship matters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of probate, trust litigation, and conservatorship matters with minimal supervision.

• Conduct court appearances, depositions, and all stages of discovery.

• Delegate and oversee tasks performed by paralegals and support staff.

• Guide clients through probate, trust, and conservatorship administration and litigation.

• Draft discovery, motions, trial briefs, and other litigation documents.

• Perform legal research and develop case strategy tailored to client goals.

• Participate in settlement conferences and advise clients regarding risks and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

• 3+ years of experience in probate, trust litigation, and conservatorship matters.

• Trial or deposition experience preferred.

• Bilingual Spanish/English is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Reliable transportation for court appearances and client meetings.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in time tracking, billing, and case management software.

• Strong computer skills; ability to type at least 45 wpm.

Education & Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active California State Bar admission.

• Notary Public certification is a plus.
