Trusts and Estates Associate

We are currently seeking a mid to senior level associate to support our Los Angeles Office’s Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning Group. This group focuses on providing tax planning and business structuring for individuals, corporations (both public and private), pass-through entities, trusts, and estates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and possible litigation experience in probate court. Candidates should also be licensed to practice in California, have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly desired.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$230k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
