Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the Sargodha territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of ChiltanPure products in the assigned territory.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights for business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or herbal/natural products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Must be target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Local knowledge of the Sargodha market will be a strong advantage.
