Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while enhancing brand visibility and market reach.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Ensure consistent product availability and shelf presence in the designated territory.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost sales growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to support overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales; experience in territory management is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving results.
  • Must own a personal vehicle for fieldwork.
