We are hiring TAC Engineer
- Provide technical support to customers on call and via email to maximize First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Successful handling of customer service issues
- Conducting fault analysis and guiding customer through to troubleshoot the issue on call.
- Able to manage customer calls efficiently with good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess basic understanding of FTTH / GPON Network, Internet, IPTV/NOD and VoIP.
- Possess basic understanding of AAA platforms such as Radius and / or TACACS (PPPOE user's management).
- Should understand IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP); IP filtering and firewall, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), Quality of Service, MPLS, Ethernet (STP, RSTP, 1qVLANs, QinQ), WLAN, IP Submitting & SMTP.
- Manage network service and should be strong IN network documentation.
