Tube Bender

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Tube Bender, where you'll play a vital role in shaping precision metal components used in some of best UTV accessories on the market. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with advanced fabrication equipment and contribute to high-quality production processes. As a Tube Bender, you'll be at the forefront of creating complex bent tubes and piping assemblies that meet strict specifications and quality standards. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will drive efficiency and excellence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate tube bending machinery, including manual and CNC-powered benders, to produce accurate bends in metal tubing according to detailed blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine bend angles, dimensions, and fabrication requirements
• Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and sheet metal tools to measure, cut, and prepare materials for bending processes
• Set up and operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment for precise cutting and forming of metal parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols related to forklift handling, and machining.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments involving metal fabrication or pipe work
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment for precise measurements and fabrication tasks
• Mechanical knowledge of plasma cutting, press brake operations, and machining processes
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during fabrication processes

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
