Tube Welder/Boilermaker

Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring experienced TIG Tube Welders/Boilermakers for a 10-week shut-down in Dickerson, MD starting March 18th. Weld tests will be done at the shop in Montoursville, PA 3/16-3/18 (paid for test if you pass). Upon completion of everything you will drive to MD and begin work the next day. Day and Night shift available 7-7. **Must take on site drug test, BAC alcohol test and respirator fit test after passing weld test**

TIG Tube Welder/Boilermaker Qualifications

• MUST pass weld test consisting of 6G on 2" schedule 160 carbon pipe. Tig all the way out.
• MUST pass on-site drug test and BAC alcohol test day of testing
• MUST be fit for respirator (clean shaven other than mustache) and wear Tyvek suit (both provided)

Tig Tube Welder/Boilermaker Compensation

• $34/hr days and nights both
• $130/day per diem
• $130 travel to MD (paid week 2 after you show up and stick around to work)
• Working 7/10-12s with 70-84 hours/wk until end of May
• Weekly direct deposit

• TIG tube welding: 3 years (Required)
