Turf Farm Manager

Turf Farm Manager Turf Production Farm (Dikili / Çandarlı- Izmir City, Turkey)

We are seeking a Turf Farm Manager to oversee our 40ha turf production facility located in Dikili, Çandarlı at Izmir City - Turkiye.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in turf production farms
• Expertise in turf maintenance, field preparation, and harvesting operations
• Preferred Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Landscape Architecture
• No restrictions on vehicle use and able to be permanently based at the facility
• Strong leadership skills to manage and organize maintenance teams
• Residing in, or able to relocate without issue to, Dikili / Çandarlı (Izmir City, Turkey) area.
• Preferably fluent in English
• Knowledge of both cool-season and warm-season turf varieties including sod quality sports surfaces.

Position Summary:

The Turf Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the farm, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability of production quality.
