Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and maintenance, with a focus on irrigation systems, lawn care, and gardening. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations and maintenance of various outdoor projects. A passion for horticulture and the ability to utilize hand and power tools effectively are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Install irrigation systems, ensuring proper function and efficiency.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct regular maintenance on installed systems to ensure longevity and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping designs accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
