Role Overview

We are looking for a Turkish Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Chat Support to join our growing team in Maadi, This role focuses on monitoring and improving the quality of Turkish chat customer support, ensuring service excellence, compliance with quality standards, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate Turkish chat customer service interactions based on quality standards.
• Provide detailed feedback and coaching to chat agents to improve performance.
• Identify quality gaps, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Support calibration sessions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Prepare quality reports and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Operations, and Training teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent or native Turkish with strong English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Team Leader role within the Customer Service industry.
• Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, KPIs, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and feedback skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
