KoolMinds is growing and we are looking for passionate educators and activity leaders who love helping students build confidence and skills.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity based on demand. You can work one-on-one, teach small or large groups, lead classes, or develop workshops based on your expertise and availability.

Positions Available1. Part-Time Tutors

Provide academic or cognitive skills support:

• One-on-one tutoring (in person or online)
• Small group instruction
• Larger group workshops
• Academic subjects (Reading, Math, Writing, etc.)
• Executive functioning & ADHD support
• Test prep and skill building

2. Teachers / Class Instructors

Lead structured classes or lessons for:

• Kids
• Teens
• Adults

Classes may include academic subjects, enrichment courses, STEM, language arts, life skills, study strategies, or other specialty areas.

3. Activity Leaders / Enrichment Instructors

Share your unique skills and talents by leading:

• Creative arts
• Music
• Coding
• Robotics
• Public speaking
• Entrepreneurship
• Fitness or movement classes
• Other specialty workshops

Work Structure

This is a flexible, part-time position. Opportunities vary based on enrollment and demand. Tutors and instructors may:

• Work a few hours per week or build a larger schedule
• Offer established programs
• Propose and lead new classes
• Teach in person at our location or online
