Responsibilities

• Provide personalized tutoring sessions to support students struggling with specific subjects or skills
• Manage classroom environments to promote respectful behavior, active participation, and a positive atmosphere
• Adapt teaching strategies for students with special education needs or those requiring additional support
• Track student progress through assessments and regular feedback, adjusting instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for each learner

Experience

• Prior experience in classroom teaching or tutoring across various age groups, including early childhood education and adult learners
• Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and working effectively with children or students with special needs
• Knowledge of educational technology tools and digital resources for remote or hybrid instruction
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster positive relationships with students and families
• Experience in lesson planning, assessment design, and adapting instruction based on student progress
• Background in preschool or early childhood education is highly desirable for working with young learners
