TX Capacity Planning Principal Engineer

Job Purpose

Develop the TX B2B Solutions Planning & Design criteria to meet Etisalat network Expansion and Modernization

• Enterprise Network Planning and Design TX B2B solution to enhance Etisalat revenue and support opening new business /Market penetration.

• Ensuring that newly added Enterprise links are added & inserted smoothly with minimal interruption for Etisalat Network

• Provide solution for Prewimax interference cases after getting needed approval and business cases revision from finance side to enhance customer satisfaction

• Provide standard solutions for Cairo region from 1 to 20 Mb/s to enhance offering time and enable sales teams to provide on time quotation

• Provide standard solutions for outside Cairo region from 1 to 10 Mb/s to enhance offering time and enable sales teams to provide on time quotation

• Periodically revise solution costing model with Finance team to ensure Etisalat revenue target not affected by any equipment’s/OPEX criteria change

• Develop MW High Capacity Network Planning and Design MWBB/E-Band solution to aggregate Enterprise customers to telecom Egypt exchanges through minimum Number of MW antennas on Telecom Egypt towers

• Ensuring that newly added MWBB/E-Band links are added & inserted smoothly with minimal interruption for Etisalat Network

• Ensuring all MWBB/E-Band expansion plan is aligned with total network plan to support in relieving Etisalat MW network

• Ensuring provided solution for Enterprise customers match Civil and Power constrains in Telecom Egypt/Etisalat sites
