Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Typist with strong expertise in UAE government portals and business setup documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, typing, and processing applications across multiple government and semi-government platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing and processing applications in MOHRE, TAMM, DED, Notary, CICPA, and other relevant portals.
  • Supporting business setup services, licensing, and compliance documentation.
  • Handling typing for contracts, agreements, government forms, and legal documents.
  • Managing submissions, approvals, and renewals across different government departments.
  • Coordinating with clients for required documents and ensuring service completion.
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical records in CRM / ERP systems.
  • Providing client support and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assisting in administrative and PRO-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Typist in business setup or PRO services.
  • Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, TAMM, DED, Notary, and CICPA procedures.
  • Familiarity with business setup services and UAE compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM / ERP systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to deal directly with clients and handle documentation efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
