Position Summary

Kicks N Sticks is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Typist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately typing and formatting documents, maintaining company records, entering data into internal systems, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal applicant has excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Type correspondence, reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

Enter customer, inventory, and order information into company databases.

Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and accuracy.

Maintain electronic files and company records.

Update spreadsheets and prepare routine reports.

Assist with document preparation for management and other departments.

Respond to administrative requests promptly and professionally.

Ensure confidential information is handled securely.

Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous typing, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.

Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Experience with inventory or order management systems.
