- Act as the main point of contact between the organization and various government authorities in UAE, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development (DED), and others as required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain records to demonstrate adherence to legal standards.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion to maintain trust and credibility.Facilitate and manage all aspects of immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.
- Support HR functions related to employee onboarding, offboarding and other employee-related services such as Golden Visa, Dependent Visa, Domestic Worker Visa, etc.
- Assisting PR team with various government-related responsibilities.
- Processing visa applications, work permits via MOHRE applications, GDRFA, ICA & Freezone portals.
- Stay updated on UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and government agencies to resolve any immigration-related issues or challenges.
- Assisting with the preparation of required documentation and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all immigration documents are properly filed and organized.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in immigration management.
- Assisting in License New / Renewal, License Amendment, License Upgrade and License Cancellation.
- Provide training and support to PR teams and employees on immigration matters.
- Handle any other immigration-related tasks or projects as assigned.
- GPSSA guidelines (Emirati Nationals Pension Scheme) & Labor Card processing of Emirati National employees.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
