Job Duties
Hours of Operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. One (1) hour lunch break. Occasionally overtime required during peak business season (April through October). Starting salary $30,000.00 plus bonus. Employer willing to provide on-site training with regards to industry related software and practices. Good communication skills, problem solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to type a must. Large portion of position requires excellent typing skills, accuracy over speed important.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate, lending, and/or title insurance is preferred, but not required.
Additional Information
Initial Requirements: Front Desk Customer Service - greeting clients and directing clients to appropriate departments/individuals * Receptionist - answering phone calls within three (3) rings and directing calls to appropriate individual and/or solving customer requests * Order Entry * Type, organize, and send commitments for title, letter reports, search & holds, endorsements to title, and final policies to customers via email and mail * Filing. After 90 day probation period eligible for company benefits and pay increase.
