About the Role

AutoforcePk is seeking an experienced and results-driven Tyre Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of tyres, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in the automotive industry. This role requires the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable tyre solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tyres and related automotive products to retail and corporate customers.
• Provide professional advice on tyre selection based on vehicle specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of tyre brands, specifications, sizes, load ratings, and performance characteristics.
• Coordinate with workshop and inventory teams to ensure smooth customer service and product availability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new tyre technologies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in tyre sales or the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, fitments, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of premium and commercial tyre brands.
• Basic computer literacy and experience preparing quotations and sales records.
• A professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday Off
