UAE National -Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UAE National design Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE's architectural landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory frameworks, particularly within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

As a UAE National Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative and sustainable designs that reflect our client's visions while adhering to the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, managing all aspects of the design process and contributing to the successful delivery of landmark projects across the Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from initial concept development to final construction documentation.
• Develop innovative and creative design solutions that meet client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant UAE building codes, regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality), and sustainability standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and master planning activities.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines (structural, MEP) and other consultants to integrate their designs seamlessly.
• Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and rationale.
• Oversee the preparation of tender documents and assist in the contractor selection process.
• Conduct site visits and inspections during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team.
• Stay abreast of new architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
