UAE National Fresh Graduate Program

The Fresh Graduate Excellence Pathway Program is an exciting opportunity designed to empower a new generation of Emirati aviation professionals. The program equips recent university graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the growth and development of the aviation sector in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Successful applicants will join Abu Dhabi Airports for a 12-month period, during which they will receive comprehensive development and on-the-job training.

The training will cover a wide range of industry-relevant subjects, including airport operations, aircraft flight and ground operations, health and safety, security management, and general business management studies, based on the role and responsibilities of the assigned position.

To ensure we select the most qualified candidates, the following bachelor’s degrees are eligible for consideration:

• Civil Engineering
• Aviation / Aviation Management
• Safety and Security Management
• Aerospace Engineer
• Data Analytics
• Finance
• Accounting
