Overview Of The Role

The HR Analyst -Onboarding is responsible for providing operational support for the new hire processes, including coordinating communication with new joiners, processing government formalities, and coordinating joining formalities such as hotel bookings and corporate induction. The role requires advising on policy and labor law in collaboration with various stakeholders across MENA countries under the Al Futtaim Group.

What You Will Do
  • Provide operational support for all new hire processes, including managing onboarding queries.
  • Coordinate and communicate with new joiners regarding onboarding processes.
  • Process documents required for government formalities related to onboarding.
  • Coordinate joining formalities such as hotel bookings, e-tickets, and corporate inductions.
  • Advise on policy and labor law in collaboration with line managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders across MENA countries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during onboarding.
  • Ensure case management and resolution are handled within service level agreements and specified turnaround times.
  • Focus on customer collaboration and gather feedback through surveys and stakeholder interactions.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular quality checks and ensure confidentiality in SAP entries.
  • Promote service excellence and teamwork through continuous improvement initiatives and information sharing.
  • Track and elevate operational excellence progress through work-in-progress reports and timely case closures.
  • Ensure knowledge of policies and procedures is current and comprehensive.

What Qualifies You For The Role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management, or Technology.
  • CIPD or similar qualification as a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in UAE or GCC.
  • Proficiency with SAP HR Module or similar ERP.
  • Proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Experience with help desk tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour law.
