We are looking for a results-driven freelance recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across UAE and GCC.
This is a delivery-focused, agency-style role. You will be expected to source, shortlist, and close mid to senior-level candidates quickly. Speed, execution, and quality are critical.
This role is best suited for recruiters who are used to high-pressure environments and tight hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously (mid–senior level)

Source candidates through headhunting, databases, and networks

Deliver qualified shortlists within 2–5 days

Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate-job alignment

Coordinate interviews and support closing process

Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)

Proven experience in filling mid–senior level roles

Strong headhunting capability (not reliant on job postings only)

Existing UAE/GCC candidate network

Ability to work under tight deadlines and performance pressure

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
